The calculation of consultation time for our direct consultation service is based on a combination of factors:

1. Your Audio Duration: The length of the audio recording you submit containing your questions.
2. Our Response Duration: The length of the audio recording in which we provide answers or feedback.
3. Preparation Time: An additional 50% of our response time is added for our preparation in addressing your queries.

To give a practical example: if you send a query that's 4 minutes long and we respond with an 8-minute audio, the total consultation time consumed would be 18 minutes. This is derived from your 4-minute question, our 8-minute response, and an additional 6 minutes (which is 50% of 12 minutes) allocated for preparation.

Typically, any unused consultation time does not roll over to the subsequent month. However, to recognize the long-term commitment of our students, on certain occasions, we may allow the accumulation of consultation time. This is to ensure students can make the most of this feature, especially when seeking clarity before examinations. It's always advisable to utilize your allocated time within your membership month.

On the other hand, the live consultation is conducted via an online live call, allowing you to interact in real-time with our experienced trainers.
