Sure! The Practical Task Rehearsal is conducted through live consultation session on a one-to-one basis. Students are encouraged to select any previous HKIS BS APC practical task examination paper or any mock paper available from various sources, complete it, and forward both the question paper and their presentation materials (in digital format, e.g., PDF, if any) to us in advance by email — preferably 3 days ahead of the consultation. The rehearsal aims to simulate the actual interview setting for about 45 minute. After a brief 5-minute break, we will provide feedback on your performance in the ensuing 70 minutes, making the entire session approximately 2 hours in length.
2. Do you offer services for HKIS / RICS BS APC Final Interview Rehearsal?
The Final Interview Rehearsal is conducted through live consultation sessions on a one-to-one basis. Students are required to send their Summary of Experience (SOE) to us at least 3 days in advance via email to ensure a well-prepared rehearsal. The session is designed to mimic the actual interview setting: initially, you may or may not be given a chance for a self-introduction in the first 2-3 minutes, followed by a comprehensive interview lasting approximately 40-45 minutes. Following the interview, we will provide detailed feedback on your performance for the next 45 minutes. The entire session is structured to last 1.5 hours, offering a thorough preparation experience for your final interview. Alternatively, students can opt for a direct consultation, where they can record their answers in audio form and request our comments.

To claim your 30% discount after booking and paying for three sessions, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you book all three sessions within a 24-hour window to be eligible for the discount.
2. After completing the payment, send an email to hkisbsapcsuccess@gmail.com with your booking details, within the next 24 hours.
3. We will review your provided information, and upon confirmation, we will issue a refund of 30% of the total cost back to your credit card, within 14 days.
Remember, the discount applies to the total of all three sessions when booked together and is not applied at checkout.
6. Can you give an example of how the 30% Trio Booking Discount works?
Absolutely! Here's a breakdown of how the discount applies:
1. Suppose you book three sessions of the practical task rehearsal service, with the regular total cost being USD 1,800 (i.e., USD 300 x 2 x 3).
2. At checkout, you pay the full amount of USD 1,800 (this example excludes any potential seasonal discounts for simplicity).
3. After your booking is confirmed, you need to email us with the relevant booking details.
4. Upon verification, we will refund 30% of the total cost, which in this case, amounts to USD 540.
Now, let's consider a seasonal discount:
1. If there is a seasonal discount of USD 300 applied to your total at checkout, you would pay USD 1,200 instead of USD 1,500.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule a booking due to sudden engagement?
At BSEA, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule appointments. Here are the key details of our policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you inform us, by email, at least 7 days in advance. For instance, if your appointment is scheduled for the 8th of January, the last day to cancel would be the 1st of January. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to other students.
2. Rescheduling Appointments: We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, please be aware that rescheduling is subject to the availability of time slots. We recommend that students check our online Google Calendar booking schedule for available time slots and send us an email at least 5 days in advance. This allows us sufficient time to manually update the system.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment are still eligible for rescheduling, subject to a standard rescheduling fee of US$30.
4. No Refund Policy: Once an appointment is booked, refunds are not available, except in cases where the cancellation is initiated by BSEA. This policy is implemented to ensure a committed and efficient schedule for all parties involved.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling by BSEA: While it is rare for our assessors to be unable to attend a scheduled session, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. In such events, we endeavour to provide students with at least 7 days' notice and will liaise with students to either reschedule to another available session or arrange for a full refund for the affected session.
8. I have booked a live consultation session, but I haven't yet received the payment receipt or the booking confirmation email. What steps should I take?
Emails from Stripe confirming your payment and from Google Calendar confirming your session are typically sent automatically and instantly once your credit card payment is processed. However, should you not receive these emails, it's important to check your spam or junk mail folders, as emails may be filtered there. There are occasions when Stripe may need us to manually approve a payment, which could delay the charging of your card and the sending of confirmation emails. If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't received the confirmations after 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at hkisbsapcsuccess@gmail.com with your booking details. We will assist with confirming your payment manually.
